An enterprise platform managing the complete accredited provider lifecycle - onboarding, approval, renewal, suspension, and disaffiliation - alongside service authorisation, claims intake, and statutory payment reporting for a national hospital, clinic, dental, and physician network.
The Challenge
The client managed a nationwide network of accredited hospitals, clinics, dental facilities, and individual physicians through email, spreadsheets, and paper forms. Accreditation took weeks with no visibility into where an application was stuck. Licences and permits expired unnoticed, leaving non-compliant providers active in the network. Every approval decision had to be reconstructed from individual mailboxes when auditors asked. Providers could not see how their payments were calculated, so finance teams absorbed a constant stream of reconciliation queries.
Our Solution
We built a role-based platform serving both providers and the insurer's network management teams. Providers self-register, submit accreditation documents, issue service authorisations with real-time member eligibility checks, raise claims, and download itemised payment statements. Internally, every lifecycle event routes through a configurable three-level approval chain mapped to the client's own geographic and cluster structure, with every decision permanently recorded. The platform integrates with the client's core insurance system for member eligibility, provider master data, procedure pricing, and payment data, and generates statutory BIR Form 2307 withholding-tax certificates automatically.
